Objective of this role is to provide effective leadership to Farm Services segment comprising of a chain of Centers .

Will also be responsible for ensuring growth, controlling and monitoring the business to achieve the company’s strategic objectives and financial targets and initiate and implement growth plans for the business

In addition he / she will also be responsible for :

1. Building sustainable alliances to have all products & services which a farmer may need at the same time revenue to company

2. Creating systems and processes for forging partnership with farmers.

We are looking for a person with a knack for understanding the farming needs, deep understanding of the farmers and ability to manage the chain of Service Centers in a professional manner

Qualification : Agricultural graduate, post graduate with Agricultural business management qualification is preferred.
